At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and golf during the green season, and as a base for winter sports during the snow season. This is an old house-style building located just off the Nikko Kaido. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
