I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

The house is located along Shiragawa river Sanjo Kyoto. One of the most attractive point is the open-air Shiragakiyaki Pottery bath. Shiragakiyaki is traditional craft, a type of stoneware pottery thriving from Muromachi Period. The kiln is one of the Six Ancient Kilns in Japan. There is no same Shigarakiyaki bath, which gives itself a sense of luxury. Two floors consist of 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets, 2 baths, kitchen, living rooms, 1 open-air bath & garden.

There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with garden view. Electric bikes are rent for free.
