Jules place was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. Very responsive, gave great recommendations, decorated the place with Ballons and champagne upon request for my anniversary. The picuzzi was a vibe, very sexy with candles lit, wine and music at night while watching the view. I'd book again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time staying at Yefry’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but Yefry responded quickly and had housekeeping take care of it right away. She was always responsive and easy to communicate with. The security at the property was very strict, which made us feel extra safe throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and booking with Yefry again. Don’t hesitate—reserve one of her properties; you won’t be disappointed!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property is located in Vista Cana, a new gated community 5 minutes from downtown Punta Cana. It is very safe with security 24/7. It is very easy for ubers or other delivery services to come in if needed. There is an artificial beach located in the center of the community, with a lively bar and restaurant. The property has a rooftop terrace and jacuzzi which is nice too. Vanessa was an amazing host, very prompt to answer any questions we had. She also was flexible with us on our check in/out times, which worked out super well given our flight itinerary. This is a great value for the money, and an excellent alternative to staying in a resort. We also had access to all the amenities we needed as far as home appliances and toiletries go. This is an up and coming community, ripe with development. It was an amazing time overall and we would highly recommend you stay here during your trip to Punta Cana!

The listing meets expectations. It is a good option to relax and enjoy, also the residential is private and has a good location. The communication with the hostess was good and smooth.

My family and I really loved the place. Very cozy and clean, just as in the pictures. In case of walking without a vehicle, there are bus stops in Friusa and taxis or Ubers that take you to the accommodation or where you want to move, you also have the option to order your purchases with delivery through the app de la Sirena or basic things in the colmado . Near the beach as described, security 10/10. I recommend it 100%.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Felix was an excellent host and being in this property truly felt like a dream. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check in was very fast and straight to the point, Felix had provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for the check in process as well as all other details about the house itself. Me and my kids will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

He stood on the phone with me for a while before checking haven made sure we got there safely we went the wrong way he stayed patiently and guided us also he helped us translate with locals to find out how to get to the place . I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.
