In our holiday house you can enjoy the tranquility in the middle of nature and the view of the beautiful garden - all year round! Completed in 2023, the new holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bedding, towels, a dining area and a kitchenette with everything you need, a flat-screen TV with streaming channels, WiFi, a private terrace and free parking. For an additional fee, it is possible to use the outdoor hot tub all year round.

Brand new, cozy summer house hidden in woods, completely separated from civilization. Newly built Maasika Villa has all you need for a relaxing holiday in Hiiumaa. Maasika Villa with 4 rooms and 12 beds is located on the edge of the Kärdla meteorite crater in Paluküla. Our sunny terrace has barbecue facilities and a spacious hot tub, you can enjoy enchanting views from sunrise to sunset. The villa has a sauna and an open recreation room with a kitchen, where you can find everything you need for a pleasant vacation. An ideal place to stay for a larger group or family.

Perfect for a private getaway, our spacious cosy country house is located on the island of Hiiumaa amidst magnificent pine forest just off the coast of the Baltic Sea. The house is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and bigger groups. NB In the summer / weekends we recommend booking ferry tickets (refundable) well in advance to avoid unnecessary surprises at the port :) We are happy to help you with any questions you may have in Estonian, Russian and English.

Our sauna house includes fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large folding sofa, a toilet, a bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed accompanied by a crib for your little one. Additionally, two relaxation spots crafted with netting offer the perfect place for relaxation. Next to the sauna house awaits a hot tub, a grilling area and a cozy camping spot with two beds. In the garden, a greenhouse awaits, provides vegetables during the summer months.

Peaceful retreat surrounded by pine trees. A spacious home with four double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the sauna, garden, barbecue area, terrace, free parking, and WiFi. Perfect for families or friends seeking relaxation. Nordic hot tub/barrel sauna available: preheat via booking link for €30 (24h notice) or heat it yourself with 4–5 bags of firewood. Gas stations in Kärdla sell firewood and grilling coal.

Suurel ja päikselisel terrassil on olemas ruumikas istumisala ning kõik vajalik mõnusaks grillipeoks. Väiksemas surfimajas on magamiskohti kahele, ning lisaks on kompleksis ka mõnus saunamaja, kus asub lahtikäiv diivan magamiseks ning sauna kõrval ka suur kümblustünn 8-le inimesele.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You can take long walks in the woods, enjoy a day at the beach or take a dip in the swimming pond. The indoor sauna and Jacuzzi next to the veranda can be used for a fee. You can also contact us for the following wellness: massage, foot flex therapy, Reiki and Yoga. For this, we have a separate meditation room on the premises.

In this peaceful place you can relax with the whole family. Private surroundings. Baby cot available with prior notice. Pets allowed. There's a pond in the yard. The use of the sauna and hot tub is included in the price.
