Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Quiet rural location with lots of hiking and relaxation opportunities. Everyone is fascinated by the view of the mountains and the idyll and tranquility with us. The property can only be reached by car. Lake Attersee is about 4.5 km away. Parking is available right in front of the house. Breakfast is available on request.

We are right in the center and yet quietly located. The Sound of Music Chapel (Basilica) is nearby. The location is the perfect starting point for a perfect as well as athletic vacation. Our two new apartments were built in a sustainable way in winter 2022/2023.
