Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room
