We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Good place to stay. Easy and convenient to get in and around the area. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good basic place. They were very communicative and responded quickly. When I asked for additional coffee they were happy to oblige.

Great location for Althea Gibson Tennis complex and walkable to Mall and lots of amenities. Perfect for our needs for a weekend stay - nice gym and pool. Apartment feels more like a hotel - sparse decor but with toiletries, dish soap etc. King bed a little creaky. Very easy check in and out which was appreciated! Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay for our girls trip! Located steps from the beautiful beach and the condo felt very homey! We will definitely be back!!

This place was fantastic! The layout of the unit was perfect, with the master suite open to the balcony on the ocean-side and the sound of the waves putting us to sleep each night. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our time at the Salty Pelican! The buildings amenities made our stay so convenient. I was a bit concerned about staying in a building with that many units, but we didn't hear a peep from anyone else all week, even out on the balcony. Bed was super comfy. We hope to come back next year!

Wow this Airbnb was one of the best I stayed at. The host, Roy, was super kind and let us check in early and even check out late. He made the space so welcoming with freshly planted lavender and other plants. We got to meet the lovely Samantha ray (his German shepherd) that brightened our day. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The backyard was such a beautiful space, it was open and allowed for a great family get together. Also Roy made sure to have plenty of coffee arrive prior to our stay which was greatly appreciated by the 5 coffee fanatics. I would definitely recommend this location to families and others wanting a great location with a quiet neighborhood. We definitely would stay here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Everything was well thought of and felt right at home. The pool in the backyard was great and love all of the amenities that the home offered! Jody was always responsive and helpful and will definitely be booking again!

This home is so wonderful. It's clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. The setup is awesome for multiple families or a large family (one king beds suite on the top floor near the kitchen and living areas, then one king suite on the middle floor next to three other bedrooms and another bathroom). We so enjoyed evenings on the rooftop, playing cards on the porch, grilling poolside, the bikes and pool toys provided...and of course being two blocks from beach access! There are little touches that make it feel homey and relaxing - nice decor, guest book, well-stocked kitchen utensils, the big TV in the living room, etc. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return next year. Thank you. We loved it so much, we already plan to go back.

If you are staying in the Wilmington area, this is the place to be! The house was beautifully decorated, smelled fresh and clean, and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My sons especially loved the swimming pool and garage area, which had lots of fun stuff to do. I especially appreciated all the comfy beds and having a washer and dryer. The location was perfect – a short drive to tons of restaurants and the beach. The host was wonderful – very responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Nice place to stay for one night. Clean and good location. Would be nice to have a little bit more comfortable mattresses and pillows, but for one night it was Ok. Thanks.

The view from the porch is spectacular. The house has everything you could need and has numerous great seating areas for small groups. Bed was so comfortable.

As a family with young kids, this condo was perfect with a short walk to the beach and onsite pool! Condo was tidy and well maintained. Beach storage closet downstairs had tons of fun extras already. The pack and play was very helpful to have available(just make sure to bring a sheet for it). We walked to the tiki bar and grill multiple nights for dinner down the beach, everything else closer to the boardwalk I’d recommend driving since there aren’t sidewalks on the main road, especially with young kids. The beach in front of the condo was awesome and had plenty of room to beach tent/chairs/umbrella etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Had a small hiccup with checkin and the code not working, but after messaging—the issue was resolved within minutes! Great host!
