Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Im Herzen des Bregenzerwaldes wohnen wir mit unseren drei Kindern im neu erbauten Eigenheim. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentral am Ortsrand von Hittisau. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen sie das Schwimmbad oder beginnen direkt eine Wanderung vor der Unterkunft. Ski Fahren oder Langlaufen im Winter ist durch den Skilift im Ort eine tolle Freizeitaktivität. Ab 3 Nächte im Sommer gibt es die Bregenzerwald Card, die es ermöglicht sämtliche Schwimmbäder und Bergfahrten gratis zu nutzen.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus dem ehemaligen Stall ein kleines Refugium geschaffen. Unseren Gästen steht eine geräumige Wohnung (ca. 58m²) mit Garderobe, einem Bad aus Naturstein, einer voll ausgestatteten Holzküche, einem Vollholzzirbenbett, einem Wohn-Essbereich mit Fernseher und eine großzügige Terrasse mit Süd und Westseitigem Blick incl. Gartenzugang zur Verfügung.

It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement.
