He'll help you whenever you need it. It takes about 10-12 minutes on foot to the traditional market, and I used a Grab motorcycle when necessary. There is a restaurant called Phở Ngọc within a minute's walk. I highly recommend you to visit. I will tell you the disadvantages. 1. The soundproofing is not good. If necessary, it would be nice to prepare an earplug. 2. It is recommended to take a shower (+ shower filter). After about a week, the shower filter gradually turns dark brown. I am personally very satisfied and recommend this accommodation.😃

phuoc was very friendly and gave us many recommendations on the local delights and amenities nearby with clear link to find the place, will definitely book with him again, and the apartment is so totally worth the money on every aspect. ❤️Really had a wonderful time with my girlfriend and booking this apartment really sums up the whole trip beautifully❤️

Extended our stay because we felt comfortable and the bed makes it easier to go about the next days :)
