Apartment holiday rentals in Hoboken

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hoboken! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting into Manhattan super easy (about 15 minutes and you're right in the city). It's a great option if you want to avoid the high prices of staying in Manhattan but still be really close. The neighborhood itself is safe, relaxed, and full of great restaurants and things to do. Plus, the view of Manhattan from across the river is a nice bonus! The apartment was just as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc.). Communication with the host was smooth throughout. They were friendly and very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting NYC and looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay just outside Manhattan.

Dopo diverse volte a Manhattan abbiamo deciso di vivere l’esperienza di un appartamento nel New Jersey. L’alloggio ottimamente collegato con Manhattan (circa 10 minuti di Path ) ha una vista mozzafiato sullo skyline. Spazioso e ben arredato, ha tutto quello che serve per godere di un’ottima vacanza. A due passi da casa, letteralmente, si trovano un grande supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Zona tranquilla e perfetta per piacevoli passeggiate. Arthur e Gabby sono stati super reattivi per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e molto disponibili in generale.

My partner and I came to stay here for an event at Liberty state park and Central park. With all of that walking there were two things that really stood out to us. One being how comfortable the bed was, we got amazing sleep here. Another was the water pressure in the shower, it was rejuvenating after the long days we had. Would love to stay here again

Nice walk through quiet neighborhoods. Great to have Trader Joe's and parking ramp across the street. Wish there had been ice in the freezer, and did not find any way to make ice. Given the price and location, we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot in Hoboken. We slept 6 comfortably. Beautiful day and night views of the city from across the Hudson. Steps away from a coffee spot, Empire, that remembered us and was excited to see us all week. 15 min walking to PATH train to get to mid manhattan and lower manhattan. Hosts were very responsive and kind. While in Hoboken, you have to go to Vito’s for an Italian sub and they have prepped homemade pastas ready to cook if you’re trying to have a night in. O’neils has the best burger in town. And if you’re looking for a pork roll, try them on the jalepeno cheddar at O’Bagels and on the Black Russian at JPs Bagels. This is the perfect quiet place to stay on your busy trip. Last thing, when you go to the city, get some food at Woorijip in Korea town. We could’ve ate there everyday.

Location. Location. Location. 3 blocks from the waterfront. 10 minute walk to the PATH station to take the train to New York- it's the first/last stop on a super clean line so it ideal. we took both train lines- to 33rd and also to world trade center (super easy rides). Many good choices for dining in the area. I was anxious about the bar noise, but we'd night and Thursday night were no problem, and Friday was a bit loud but with the bedroom door closed and AC on, I didn't have any issues. Parking was a bit challenging- I ended up in a garage at 215 Hudson... but since I didn't come&go, it wasn't bad. Place is nice too (granite counters, large living room gave us a place to be together without being crowded, air fresheners, washer/dryer). only negative I might say about the place just so I'm not gushing - is there is a TINY one inch step to enter the kitchen area- I must have stubbed my bare toes three times before I learned. :-) otherwise, thanks Marco!

Exceptional location, accommodating, and would highly recommend.

A hospedagem foi ótima. Amamos o bairro, é super fofo, tem restaurantes e pizzarias boas por perto. O ônibus para Manhattan (no Port Authority) fica a uns 7 minutinhos andando a pé, é bem tranquilo.. e esse ônibus passa várias vezes, então tem uma localização ótima. A Anne foi super querida em nos permitir a entrar antecipadamente para deixarmos as malas e aproveitarmos mais o primeiro dia. O banheiro, cozinha e outros estavam limpos e organizados. Tinha secador, absorvente e itens que facilitaram para nós. Tivemos um probleminha com a terceira toalha que ficou faltando mas conseguimos resolver. Adoramos tudo. Espero voltar.

Great Stay at this place. It’s a brand new building with spacious apartment, very clean & generous home supplies. The team communicated very well. Street parking around the building is not easy to find but there is a parking which can be used.

If you are willing to do a 8-10 minute walk to the PATH, like we were, Jeff's place is great. Lot's of food options nearby too, clean with fresh linen and towels and a warm shower for an affordable price. Exactly what we were hoping for!

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, le quartier est paisible, sécurisé et rempli d'endroits très agréables comme des cafés ou restaurants locaux. Vous serez à 25 minutes de New York City top chrono grâce à un bus ou au train express. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs, polis et arrangeants. L'appartement est propre et très pratique. Il est spacieux, la wifi fonctionne très bien et de manière générale, assez propre à mon arrivé. Merci encore pour ce séjour à la hauteur de mes espérances !

A simple and well thought out Airbnb option close to NYC. All the amenities you’d need, It’s great having a washer and dryer, and the rooftop with skyline views is a big bonus. Getting into the city was surprisingly easy on the bus. Less than 15 mins into Port Authority. Some of the units face a bus depot (shown in the pictures). Some face the city so know which one you are booking. There is minimal street noise though. I’d stay here again.

The place has everything you need - good wifi, a smart TV, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. 5-min walking distance to the supermarket makes it easy to cook for yourself if you like that. Also, the place is done in the Friends theme, making it a great place to stay for a Friends fan like me. With this theme, I felt right at home despite being far away from it.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
