Beautiful house with plenty of space in nature. No direct neighbors and with large property right by the forest.

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

The house was really big with separate bathrooms and it was really nicely decorated. The house and pool were very clean and the garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The area was very safe and there was a lot to explore in the area. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect short break! Beautiful, high-quality accommodation in a picturesque and very quiet environment. Very nice, helpful and likeable hosts. We (including the dog) were warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. Not only recommended for golfers, but for couples and families with high demands on location and quality. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

Marion was very helpful with me receiving a DHL express delivery sent from our home town of Coldstream, British Columbia, Canada. 🇨🇦 She contacted me when the parcel arrived and even sent me pictures of an important document that was inside my parcel. This was super helpful. Thank you. 🤗

Before the trip, we communicated several times, everything worked out wonderfully. We - Family 8 adults, 4 children and 1 dog - were already able to check in online. On the day of arrival, the house was ready and was found as described and illustrated. Everything is very clean and in great condition. The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor are very large, 1 bedroom is normal size, the two on the ground floor are also normal size. The bathrooms were okay, but we would have liked some more storage space here. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have used a larger refrigerator. It was very warm, so we had to store a lot of things there, which wasn't enough and we went shopping every day. The darkening of the SZ was not sufficient for us (ceiling in front of the windows helped here), and the large SZ heated up a lot (air conditioning would be great) In the outdoor area there was only 1 umbrella for 2 tables, but it was okay. Bread roll service would be great, as the shop is not nearby!

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

Very well-maintained, spacious and cozy wooden cottage directly on the forest. We (2 adults, 4 children) felt right at home. Super equipped kitchen. You can leave the house directly and explore the area.

Everything went smoothly. We mainly stayed in the accommodation and were there little else. In bad weather it would have been relatively small, but we had sunny weather. We weren't sure if the washing machine provided actually exists because there was no photo, but it exists, which was very convenient;) Accessibility of the city is within a pleasant walking distance.

We have been able to use this airbnb for 3 weeks. The many positive reviews actually speak for themselves. We have enjoyed. For those who love a beautiful quiet environment with a lovely nature that invites you to walk and/or mountain bike, this is "the place to be" In addition, you have a beautiful authentic (in my opinion) large German house located on a hill and that is equipped with all comforts. Enjoy the view from the balcony and the magnificent silence. Unfortunately, we residents of the Rotterdam area have not been used to this for years and will certainly miss it. Hans is a perfect host who responds quickly, kindly and adequately to any questions. His explanation of the route to follow, the intake and any other possibilities was clear. Too bad that a few important attractions (natural pool, toboggan run) in Grafenau were closed in late May, early June. It will not surprise you that I highly recommend the house, location and surroundings

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

Everything was super clean and there was even some goodies to drink ready. We got some more fun tips for the area. We felt right at home.
