Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. We were on a journey through Austria and found this accommodation the same day we booked and Emily was quick to confirm our booking. The accommodation was cozy and had everything we needed to cook. There was good coffee for the espresso machine. Soap and shampoo smelled good, and even the bed linen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property offers a very friendly welcome, well-appointed accommodations, convenient parking, and a lovely sunny aspect. Bikes were also available for use if desired, which is a great option for exploring the area. One improvement that could enhance the experience would be greater flexibility in check-in, as we arrived from New Zealand at 8 am after a two-day journey of flying, and the standard check-in time was 4 pm. Additionally, we found the bed a bit firm for our preference and would have appreciated a few more pillows for added comfort. Overall, a wonderful stay with lots of positives.

We were there for 3 days with the whole family (6 adults, baby, toddler 4 years) and it was just as we imagined it! A whole house for us, our daughter felt sooo comfortable and so we (except for a short walk) simply did not leave the grounds :D and although it rained for a whole day, we could stand it there. We saw Manu briefly when we arrived and that was also very warm! We will definitely come again :-)

Just the right thing for our girls' trip to Lake Constance, in the individually designed barn we felt very comfortable, lots of nature and tranquility, open space, in nature with an open view. Ursina was very open, friendly and flexible with arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended :)

Lots of light in the room thanks to the panoramic view over Lake Constance. In good weather, wonderful terrace to eat outside. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. I will gladly come back.
