Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
