Ski resorts Bolfenk and Areh are only a 10-15 min drive away, making our cottage the perfect stay for a winter break. . Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.

The place was great. All neat, spacious, and beautifully decorated. From the balcony a beautiful view of Maribor and the greenery. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the wire and hotel where you can have a meal at affordable prices. Literally from the apartment, you're already on the first hiking trail, and there are some and they're beautiful. As well as accommodation, we loved it, and we'll be back. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and they've also granted us a late checkout. Complimentary! Thank you to the hosts and see you again!

Highly recommended. The flat is just next to the bike/hiking/ski tracks, in the forest. It’s big, clean, modern and is equipped with everything you need plus some nice things like the electric darts board. We would also recommend a short walk down the ski tracks to the bar/restaurant to chill and where you can meet the owner. He’s an excellent cook, a really cool person and a National handball legend! We really hope that we can organize a second trip and we will definitely choose the same place.

A very nice time during the winter holidays, an app close to the ski and toboggan run. Everything as described, quick and clear agreement on everything. The apartment is very spacious and functional, with plenty of closets and storage.

Thank you very much! It was one of my best accommodations ever. The owner was so friendly, we felt very welcomed. The house itself is magical - nature all around and the hot tube and sauna! The facilities of kitchen are great - everything (even more) you wish: coffee machine and supplies for it, tea boiler even a smoothie maker. We even got a welcome basket! Thank you so much, we will come again! :D
