The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a supermarket close

The Annexe is a self contained detached property opposite our cottage in the village of liddington. There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

The Studio at Home Farm House

Newly refurbished, cosy Garden Studio in peaceful Ogbourne St George, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Marlborough (the Parade Cinema is a favourite) with the beautiful Ridgeway and Marlborough Downs a short walk away and the ancient Savernake Forest only 10 minutes drive, all with wonderful walks and bike rides. There is a lovely 14th Century local church (St George's), a newly opened local pub run by a Masterchef finalist (about 1 mile) and lots of places of interest to visit.

The Stables is a 2 bedroom cottage in the heart of Swindon's vibrant Old Town, with private parking for 1 car. The ground floor provides a shower room and 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. On the 1st floor is an open plan space with lounge, dining and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Externally is a gravelled garden perfect for alfresco dining. There are a variety of pubs, shops, restaurants, and parks all within close walking distance. Max. 4 people.

Newly refurbished private annexe in a quiet village location which is attached to a historic thatched cottage. This includes a kitchenette and en suite. There is ample parking and a secure garage for bikes. We are a family of 4, with a dog and 3 chickens (free eggs!) Chiseldon is ideally located outside of Swindon with access to the M4 (J15). Great Western Hospital is 5 mins away. Swindon station has excellent links to London, Bath and Bristol. The Ridgeway is a short walk or cycle away.

Enjoy your time at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in a private south-facing garden with full access to a tennis court and basketball hoop. The Bungalow is neighbouring a 100 acres country park known as Coate Water Nature Reserve. Within the 100 acres are a lake, woodland, including an arboretum and many walking and cycling trails. There are stunning views from farm and it's located right on the historic Ridgeway walking trail and beside Barbury Castle Iron Age fort. It is rural yet only 10 - 15 minutes from Swindon and the M4. The house has all you need with excellent fast Starlink wifi, a comfortable bed, washing machine and dryer, and the opportunity to enjoy being around racehorses and farm animals.
