Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die CLB Ferienwohnung ist eine NEU Renovierte Unterkunft mit Stadtblick in Reutte. Die Privatparkplätze am Apartment nutzen Sie kostenfrei. In der Umgebung können Sie Aktivitäten wie Wandern und Skifahren nachgehen. Das Apartment umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine sowie einem 35qm Bad mit einer Dusche/Badewanne und einem Haartrockner. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt.

Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zustätzlich noch ein Schlafsofa welches ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für 2 weitere Gäste (nur gegen Aufpreis) bietet. Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.
