Das Haus verfügt über drei Etagen und einer Wohnfläche von 140m2. Im EG befindet sich ein Flur und ein Gäste-WC, sowie ein Wohn.-und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche. Eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Grill und eigenem Garten sind vorhanden. Im OG befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Das Highlight hier ist das große Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche und einer Badewanne. Im DG befindet sich noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

Unser familienfreundliches Neubau-Ferienhaus verfügt über eine Küche mit vollausgestatteter Einbauküche, zwei Schlafzimmer im EG. Ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Im OG befindet sich der gemütliche Schlaf- und Spielbereich für Kinder und ein weiterer Schlafbereich. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft verfügt über insgesamt 5 SmartTV‘s, WLAN, ein Internetradio und zwei kostenlose Parkplätze direkt neben dem Haus. Die Unterkunft ist voll klimatisiert.

This house is located in the outskirt of the Unterkirnach town center and walking distance to step into the mountains and forests. Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. PS: Owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you check in. You can call the owner if some emergency help/support is needed.
