Although it is located at 950 m, it only takes 7 minutes by car to the city center of Hohenems. In addition, the apartment is located directly at the Kreiers Alp snack bar, from which you can take many hikes and excursions without having to get into the car. At the fireplace you can relax overlooking the forest, mountains and Lake Constance.

Starting point for many excursions

In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft wirst Du eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Das Apartment liegt in einem 2 Familien Haus im Obergeschoss. Es ist ein eigener Aufgang, Parkplätze und ein Carport vorhanden. In einer Garten Lounge kann man in warmen Tagen so richtig entspannen. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt in der Mitte des Rheintals für Wanderungen und vielen schönen Ausflügen. Oder als Zwischenstopp für die Weiterfahrt in die Skigebiete, Alpen, Süden und den Norden.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

In addition, the proximity to Switzerland and Liechtenstein offers another advantage. The perfect secondary residence for your company in Liechtenstein/Switzerland.

This well-kept living-bedroom apartment in an old building is centrally located and offers a cozy comfort. A private parking lot is available free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the sleeping area there is a very high-quality pull-out bed and another sofa which can be used as an additional single bed. Beautiful outdoor patio is available. Also there is space to keep your bicycles, ski equipment if needed.

Just the right thing for our girls' trip to Lake Constance, in the individually designed barn we felt very comfortable, lots of nature and tranquility, open space, in nature with an open view. Ursina was very open, friendly and flexible with arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended :)

A quiet, spacious room, I felt comfortable, could work well (WiFi, large table). In the kitchen, I could calmly prepare my things for a visit, everything you need is available. Roger and his son, who welcomed me, are likeable and Roger fully respected my need for peace. The bathroom is sparkling clean. As a swimming enthusiast, I loved the swimming pool on the Rhine. Not for the first time and hopefully not for the last time.

As we did not know exactly what time we would arrive, we were able to communicate with Arno who was very flexible. He was present when we arrived. It is easy to park in front of your house. Although the accommodation is on the mezzanine, there is the possibility of staying outside around a garden table. The accommodation offered allows you to work there, the Wifi connection is excellent.

Alexandra and Walter are excellent hosts. They are both welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The flat is exactly as described and photographed, and the place is spotless. I would definitely stay there again if I visit the area in the future, and would 100% recommend it to others

Dieter and Stefan are really kind and friendly hosts. There is also a very gentle and kind Blue! The interior of the accommodation is clean, beautiful, and sophisticated. The shared bathroom is right next to the room, so it was convenient to use, and you can make your own coffee in the kitchen! After finishing the day's schedule, I had a glass of wine with them in the evening and had a good time. They were so cheerful and kind that I didn't know the time passed while talking. Dieter prepared a delicious and balanced meal every morning. They even put bread in a small bag on the day I left. He is incredibly kind and a perfect host who does his best for his guests!
