We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

We felt absolutely comfortable in this beautiful place in the countryside! The idyllic location overlooking the mountains was just super nice . Beautiful one-room apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance, great kitchen and large bathroom, as well as direct access to the courtyard. Very quiet location, in a few steps you are in the countryside. Perfect for bike rides in all directions, outdoor socket for e-bikes right in front of the accommodation. Attentive friendly hosts. 15 min by bike to the nearest shopping center. The 6 days were not enough to discover everything worth seeing.

Great stay. Enjoyed the location with Lindau & lake, Zugsptize mountain, Liechtenstein all easily accessible. House was perfectly as described, easy to find and Karin was a great host allowing us to check in earlier and even have late check out if required. We enjoyed the space and would have no hesitation to book again. Thanks Karin!
