2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. This was our 2nd stay at First Catch. We love the location. Great host, always responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and roomy enough for a large family, and was well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. My son and husband loved fishing in the canal right behind the house. My brother and his family rented kayaks and paddled out to the waterway. The walk to the beach is fairly easy, even for someone with disabilities like myself. Quiet neighborhood and lots of wonderful local restaurants and shops. I would recommend First Catch 10/10!!

This place was amazing, I would book here again and again. This will be our go to spot from here on out, my wife and I fell in love with this place. It is cozy, quiet and relaxing, the atmosphere was perfect. The host provides everything from beach towels to chairs and more. The location is perfect!!!! The foodlion is right around the corner with the beach less than 10 mins away. This place brought back great memories from when my parents had a place here in Holdens Beach.
