Holiday rentals with a patio in Holden

We had a great stay! The location was very close to PPAC and restaurants. Very cozy and clean as well. Would recommend and stay again. Aref was a wonderful host! Very helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

This lovely spot perched right on the edge of a pristine lake was such a peaceful place to spend the weekend! Nothing fancy, just everything we were looking for: a comfortable, cozy space with a beautiful vista.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was private, quiet and the property was beautiful. The house was clean and extremely well stocked. We could have arrive with nothing but clothes and been fine. Carol and Vin made great restaurant recommendations. There were may great restaurants in this area. Carol and Vin were kind, responsive and helpful. We would be happy to return.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. Great stay at Karl and Randy’s place - great location (a pleasant 10 min walk to Davis Square subway and with good local restaurants a few mins walk away), clean and well equipped apartment and easy check in and out. Would stay again!

This was the PERFECT weekend escape. My boyfriend and I work high stress jobs in the cities and this little place and the beautiful surroundings was the perfect way to relax and get some space from the hustle and bustle.

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

If you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location without any neighbors and plenty of outdoor space, this is the place to stay. You can sit by the lake and watch all of the wildlife, go fishing, go for a hike and not be stuck in a hotel. We will definately come back to this location in the future as long as we have family nearby. Thank you to the Martins for being awesome hosts.

This was by far one of the best AirBnb's that we have ever stayed in! The house was perfectly clean and we found absolutely everything we could think of. A well equipped kitchen with really all equipment to cook a good meal and also the rest of the house leaves no wishes open. Barry and Kellie were both extremely friendly and even got us some milk for breakfast (once again thank you). Response time to any question was extremely short. I can only recommend this nice little house to everyone. If we ever return to this area we will surely stay there again. Thank you Barry and Kellie... you made a difficult trip such a lot easier!

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Our group has such a wonderful time staying here. Grace’s place is very clean - the kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, and granola bars. There is a washer/dryer with laundry detergent that also came in handy. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here - we felt right at home!

The Condo was absolutely beautiful. the pink living room, dining and kitchen area were my favorite rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Very comfortable unit for our family of four. Has everything we need and great location—close to great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and (most importantly) ice cream!

Everything was great. Place was clean and as described, and the place is a short walk from a grocery store and restaurants. Perfect place to stay in Allston.

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

My family and I were in Boston for a graduation. Krishna’s home in Arlington fit our needs. The five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths gave us plenty of space to spread out. We also appreciated the driveway with parking-no circling the block for a parking space. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk and several restaurants within a 5-10 minute Overall, we were quite comfortable. Krishna is a responsive host and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
