Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Open floor plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, including double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and a double bed in the upstairs loft. The cabin has a large forest plot (2.7 measures) in a very quiet area 300 m from the beach and 500 m to Skasenden restaurant with rental of, among other things, canoe and pedal boat. The cabin has a completely newly renovated kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms with a 120 bed in each room with space for up to 4 people. The cabin has its own well, running water and water closet. The cabin is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and possibility of launching a boat.

Välkommen till vårt mysiga och fräscha hus. Nyrenoverade ytskikt 2024 i stor del av boendet. Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎

Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
