Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Open floor plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms, including double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room, and a double bed in the upstairs loft. Near Branäsfjället next to Klarälven's beach, you will find this unique and charming house. A timbered old 18th-century house with all the modern amenities you need. The house is located in the small community of Likenäs with proximity to grocery store and gas station and about 5 km to the foot of the mountain. Perfect accommodation for the whole family both summer and winter as the surroundings have a lot to offer for skiing, biking, hiking, paddling or maybe just enjoying the Värmland tranquility.

Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Endast 10 min med bil till Branäs och 20 min till Långberget. Stora rymliga rum. Nyrenoverat badrum med dusch. Matplats för 8 personer i tv-rum/ allrum och matplats för 5 personer i köket. Bra utrustat kök med micro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, våffeljärn, brödrost. Ingen diskmaskin Sängkläder/sänglinne ingår ej

Välkommen till vårt mysiga och fräscha hus. Nyrenoverade ytskikt 2024 i stor del av boendet. Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎

You can call it whatever you like: digital detox or an offline holiday – this is the perfect place for it! Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
