Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hollands Kroon

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

We loved the accommodation and we didn't miss anything. Everything was as described and very clean. We felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment with a clear conscience!

Super nice stay if you want to bring your dog. Beautiful fenced garden where the dog can run freely. Quiet environment, nice beds and a nice living room with spacious kitchen. We will come again!

This was our second time staying at the apartment and we really enjoyed our time there. The two of them have a wonderful property, which they have lovingly designed and maintained. A great place to relax and a great starting point for day trips. This won't be the last time we've been there. (:

Even though this lovely home was located so close by the beach, a walk of 5 minutes, it felt very private and the surroundings are quiet. The home was exceptionally clean, beds were extremely comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and felt like a cozy home. We enjoyed walking to and on the beach, had a delicious dinner in the village and in nearby villages as well. The hosts were very proactive with communication and responded quickly to questions. I am recommending this 100% to anyone interested a stay in Wijk Aan Zee and I am hoping to book this again on my next visit. We had a great time in our little home. The cottage is located in a all-inclusive garden settlement, it is super quiet and the garden is really large. As a small note for families, the baby travel cot has no mattress. For us it was no problem as our daughter wanted to sleep in the big bed at the end. We would come back and continue to discover the area. You can play mini golf on foot and our daughter loved the playground there. Excursion destinations such as tulip fields, cheese market and co. can also be reached quickly.

Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also able to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like in the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their welcome, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and decorated with care and good taste. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

The apartment and courtyard fully corresponded to the information and published pictures. Very clean, tastefully and lovingly furnished, many small extras. Very quiet location, within walking distance to the center. Machteld welcomed us very nicely, is always approachable and has good tips for excursions, food, etc.

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

We stayed in Hindeloopen during a weekend trip and booked a room with Sharino. The amenities were great, everything you needed was available and also super clean. We were also provided with a baby cot on request. Sharino was always easily accessible and gave us a detailed description of how to reach the apartment. Although it was in the attic it was superbly insulated, we did not notice anything from the heat. We're already considering whether we'll book next year. Although it is minimally located outside, you can still reach the harbor in five minutes by car. It's incredibly quiet for that.

Great place to stay, nice beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen. Jan was very helpful and responsive. Only thing to take into account is payed parking in Harlingen (€10 for a day pass on nearby parking lot)

The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

We had a perfect stay at the guesthouse. Our hosts were very friendly and accomodating, the guesthouse very modern and clean, the location quiet and beautiful. Thank you.

The price-performance structure is easy here. Simple and clean, everything you can expect for 4 beds in a mobile home. The location between Callantsoog and Groote Keeten is ideal. The description is suitable for the property. We felt very comfortable here on a long weekend and very welcome from Kady!

Wonderfully comfortable chalet! Good beds, easy to heat, nice sofa and table, attractively decorated.

What a lovely cottage!! We enjoyed the tranquility and the hot tub..the cottage and garden offer a lot of privacy! Sjoukje responds quickly when something is needed. And what a service that the hot tub is already warm when you arrive!

The accommodation was great, as described and in the pictures. We enjoyed it very much. Only the access road was officially closed and therefore we had some problems to get to the hut. Nevertheless, we had a great accommodation and would come back anytime! Plus point: dogs allowed!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

The blokhut and the garden are very beautiful. We enyoed our time.

The cottage is very nicely decorated, cozy and provided everything we needed. We particularly liked the small garden, at the end of which a sheep meadow begins. We were there by car and made various excursions, e.g. to Harlingen (very pretty port town) and Tescherling (beautiful island). In Den Oever itself, you can walk wonderfully on the dyke. A large supermarket is not far and there is a delicious fish shop by the harbor that was always well attended. We enjoyed our time very much and were able to relax very well. We will be happy to come back!
