We absolutely loved this cute, cozy little space. Sergio was amazing responding so quickly to requests. Parking was easy, check in was easier, the space was quiet after dark, and I LOVED all the wildlife. Stay here. You won't regret it!!

If you're wanting to explore Miami without the insane Miami price, look no further! This place is perfect! 6 minutes away from a shopping complex with restaurants and high end stores. A target and other places close by. South Beach is a quick 20 minute Uber. Brickell & Wynwood are also easily accessible by Uber within 5-15 min drive. The Bed - Super comfy. The Kitchen - Fully equipped & the fridge was great! The Bathroom - Exactly what you needed - A nice sink, toilet, and hot shower The TV has Netflix and other apps The air is nice and cool, keeping the place feeling amazing! Virginia is a wonderful host! Very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal AirBnb. Well worth the price. Aaron was very professional and kind. Nothing bad to say. The outdoors is amazing. Had a great stay here and would highly recommend to anyone. Great experience and would stay there again. Highly recommend.

This place was fantastic. It was exactly what it was described as. It is indeed a tiny house, but it was perfect. Just simply everything you need. The backyard was super cute and very zen. There is a really good bagel place within walking distance that we highly recommend. We will be staying here again!

Best part about the place is the absolutely charming hosts. Great value! I do feel like it could do with a smaller couch (to make navigating around a bit easier) and way to hang your clothes. But so charming and the neighborhood is just beautiful and they left many snacks and were so very considerate.

I really enjoyed my stay in the cabana and looked forward to relaxing there after a day of sight seeing. The cabana is stylishly well set up, with its own mini kitchen and space to eat either outside or inside. There's even a hammock! The pool was lovely and beautifully set amongst palms in the garden - which is full of lovely lizards. You do need to step outside for the bathroom which is in a separate cabana, but it's mostly screened from the house and was not an issue. Jose was really welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood is lush and green, with peacocks roaming around. Tips for anyone without a car - it's a short taxi/uber to the amazing Fairchild Botanic Gardens and just a 20 minute walk to the Kampong. It's also just a 20 min walk to coconut grove cafes, restaurants and shops or 20 mins to a Trader Joe's in the other direction.

Phenomenal. A little oasis. Veronica is extremely helpful and communicative. The place was clean and thoughtfully curated - probably the homiest place I've lived in. Enjoyed my 6 weeks here immeasurably. The outside area and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to other areas were the highlights. Vero & Eric are very friendly and I always felt comfortable with them. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cute and very cozy place in a beautiful neighborhood. Unit looks as pictured. James was an excellent host! Very responsive. I truly appreciate his kindness with accommodating earlier check-in and later check-out times which was great for my flight schedule. I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again ☺️

We had a great time. Although the place is small, it has all you need, including washer and drier, large fridge, equipped kitchen, patio with a tub (see pictures) and a large grill, WIFI. The host was very responsive. Great location, less then 5 minute walk from the beach. We (two adults +two teenagers) stayed for two weeks and were comfortable in the space.

It was just what I needed. Janessa responded with any request or question I had. Janessa checked in to see if I needed anything. It was a comfortable, quiet place. If I ever visit that area again, I would stay there.

Had a great experience at Lux Stay. Communication with the host Sergio was excellent from the start clear and quick responses. The place was spotless, very clean and well organized. Great location, close to everything and in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again without a doubt.

We stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. Such a cute home! Very clean and comfortable. I had an issue getting into the house (my fault- I didn’t read the directions closely enough!) and as soon as I reached out to Cesar he called me to make sure I got in. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A quaint and novel place to stay in the historic Cocoanut Grove Park neighborhood. Perfect for 1-2 adults and 1 small child. Beautiful neighborhood to walk or run with mature Banyan trees and peacocks. Plus a 1/2 mile walk to downtown Cocoanut Grove. The Water Tower is located on beautiful property with wonderful outside common space for sipping coffee in the AM or wine in the evening. WiFi and set up of NetFlix on the TV was available and easy to access. Carole, the host, is friendly greeting me and family members as we were enjoying the outside space as a respite following my son's UM Grad Ceremony. I definitely plan on reserving the Historic Water Tower for my next visit to Miami!

Had a wonderful time here, it’s close to everything, and a nice running path where I could take my dog every day. The host Terri was very responsive. Will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect! The cottage was very well arranged and the exteriors were splendid! Marsha was always responsive when asked questions and she was extremely accommodating when we left! A great time ♥️

this was my thirsd time staying at one of Vacay Modes houses they are a great hosts and great group of people to use for Airbnb houses are always clean and tidy. never have any issues with communication or details for check in/ check out. I recommend Vacay Mode for any of your Airbnb needs

Was looking for a place just to get away and have peace for a weekend. I was extremely satisfied with my trip. We didn’t have any major issues or run into other guests on the property. The location was easy to find and food places were not far off. The space was big enough for us to enjoy comfortably. The only downside which was not a big deal was the room would get a bit hot at night, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would book with Javier again in the future. Thank you for being a great host!

I recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb unit and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept the space was. The private access made me feel right at home, and the location was perfect—just a short walk or easy drive to an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The unit itself was beautifully maintained, and I absolutely loved the patio surrounded by lovely landscaping—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host provided clear and easy instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made the entire process seamless. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be booking this unit again on my next trip. Five stars all the way!
