We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was not cooperative, we had an amazing pool and hot tub to always be entertained. Great restaurants within walking distance and the beach was a two minute walk!! Great home, great amenities, wonderful location! We even had an outdoor table break due to a nasty storm and not only was it cleaned up immediately, there was a new table that same day even though it was not necessary. Would love to come back in the future!

Best family vacation yet. What made this Airbnb unforgettable was the small details that the host takes care of. All the pool/ocean toys were pre-inflated, a delicious welcome basket, small beach bags for my kids to collect seashells. We're already planning on booking for next summer.

Amy's beautiful oasis on Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot for a relaxed, beach vacation! We had a mellow bachelorette party spent on the beach at Bean Point during the day and spent our evenings eating home-cooked dinners on the beautiful porch at Amy's before a nighttime pool dip to cool off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

First time visit to AMI & it was beyond amazing. The house was so clean & just as described. Outdoor space had fantastic ambiance & plenty of space for a family of 7. Had some other family vacationing there as well, and they spent the whole time at our house because they said it was 1000 times better than where they were staying. Owners were so friendly, quick to respond & just overall welcoming & accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!

We loved our stay at Mike and Wendy’s bnb. Fantastic location with walking distance to the beach, the kids loved the pool which was kept very clean. The house was clean and comfortable, very home-y and did not feel like a rental, it felt like you were staying with a friend who lived there year round. Each room has its own bathroom which was very nice!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed “Sunsets on Carissa” . This was our 4th time visiting AMI and we all agreed this was our favorite house we have stayed in! The location to the beach was top notch. We also loved being able to walk to some of our favorite spots in AMI (Ugly Grouper , Scott’s Deli, AMI coffee shop). The home had plenty of beach supplies which included beach chairs, a very nice wagon and some boogie boards. The backyard /pool/ outdoor sitting areas were relaxing and very private. The master bedroom was peaceful and serene. Comfy furniture was found throughout the home. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils you could imagine! Overall you cannot go wrong with “Sunsets on Carissa” !

Our family (three generations) just returned from a week at Weldon’s beautiful home! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home. Plenty of space to spread out with all of the bedrooms and living spaces. The spaces seemed to be even larger than the photos portrayed. Check in was easy and Weldon was accommodating to us getting groceries delivered prior to our arrival (thanks again!). The kitchen was well stocked with all of the basics we needed to cook meals for a large group. The outdoor living space was so helpful for a quick bite between dips in the pool. THE POOL!! It was a resort like oasis that young and old loved. The slide was a hit as well as the spa. Exceeded our expectations! The location was also perfect- we could easily walk to the beach with young children in minutes. The house was equipped with a variety of beach/pool toys and carts/wagons for easy transportation. We did notice the WiFi was a little slow but we were on vacation so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay for our first family vacation. Beach within easy walking distance, restaurants easy to get to, plenty of shopping and amenities were spot on. We dunno what mattresses they have but we’re far better than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Made getting acclimated much better and easier.

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

As they say, location, location, location! Only a few minutes from the beach, Curt's house was a great place to stay for our Girl's Trip! Many in our group went to the beach two or three times a day, so the location was perfect. We also liked that it was in a residential area, so the traffic and noise wasn't bad at all. It was also very close to a southbound Trolley stop. The beds were comfy, and many a night we spent outdoors enjoying the seating area he has downstairs. He had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes for use. Plus, two fishing poles with some tackle. Also, the new washer and dryer were great, and with five ladies, we needed them! His recommendation of Hurrican Hanks was great, and we ended up going there twice. We also loved The Donut Experience on Pine St in Anna Maria. One early morning we even saw a Possum wandering the neighborhood. Overall it was a perfect spot for our beach vacation. Thank you!

We had an amazing week at Cindy's shell house. It was very clean, just as described and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the garage was packed with beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the peaceful location. Basically had the beach to ourselves & saw manatee and dolphins swimming close to the shore. The sunsets were beautiful and we were sad when it was time to come back home. Would highly recommend & Cindy was a pleasure to speak with!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

We were extremely happy with this property on Holmes Beach. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants, and only two blocks to the Gulf Beach. The home was very clean and spacious and provided everything you need for the beach.. We would rent this property again .

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The amenities were great, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The pool area felt private and was a relaxing place to unwind. The only drawback was the child-proof alarm on the back door leading to the pool deck. While we understand and appreciate the safety feature for families with young children, it would have been helpful to have an option to disable it for adult-only groups. The alarm was extremely loud and went off every time the door was opened, which became a bit frustrating. All in all a great stay, fantastic location, and would definitely rent the house again.

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

A Perfect Stay on Anna Maria Island Our experience at this house was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the property every room, bathroom, and common area was in perfect condition, making us feel right at home. The house is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing with family or friends without feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable just steps from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the ocean every day without worrying about transportation. Plus, there are excellent restaurants nearby, perfect for enjoying the local cuisine without needing to drive. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location on Anna Maria Island. We hope to come back soon!
