Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Holmestrand Municipality

We had a wonderful stay at Mette's house. It’s located in a very quiet area, right by the forest, with the sea within walking distance. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The cat was a lovely addition, and our son loved playing with it.

Cozy place with a perfect location. Nice to have your morning coffee on the terrace and afternoon coffee on the stairs from the living room. 2 min to the beach and 2 min the opposite way to the city center. Good beds. Pleasant and helpful hostess.

Beautiful place, amazing view and great host!

We went to Nicolas' house with 11 people and a baby to vacation there. We felt right at home and there was enough room and space for everyone. We would come back. The large garden with terrace was great for barbecuing, a swing trampoline and other play options were also available in addition to all the fruit and vegetables. An absolute recommendation for a stay with children!

Although we had to rebook spontaneously and didn't get in touch until late at night, Magnus was immediately available and immediately drove to the house to prepare it for us. The interior of the house is very nice but not too cluttered. There was everything you need. In addition to the terrace, there is also a small garden where you can enjoy the sun. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Lovely, modern clean house with large patio. Great gym/house!. Great with a pool! (Patio is on the backside of the house and nicely sheltered from nearby houses). The house was ok for 7 guests but the bathroom for the Master bedroom, on the ground floor, was a bit inaccessible for the other 5 people. Bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor had to be used by the other 5. There were a few people in between but went well. The kitchen has most of what you need. Empty, clean and tidy fridge. Good beds and duvets (clean linens were on beds when we arrived :-) ). Superb TV room for children/adult on the 1. floor. Good hiking opportunities right at the house, as well as a football field. House is located on a hill from main road. Grocery store max 5 min by car. Good parking with easy electric charging. Some distance from "shopping", restaurant and sea. Should have a car. Cozy house. Would recommend! The owner responds quickly if any questions.

Can’t recommend this house enough! The view is beautiful, it was so fairly priced, and Mette was helpful with everything. We only got to stay for one night, but if you’re looking to stay in the area, this is the perfect choice!

Very nice apartment, close to Drammenselva and Hokksund camping where we had family staying. Everything was as the ad described, the host responded quickly, and we were able to arrive earlier than check-in time. Flexible and pleasant host ☺️

Great apartment in Sætre. Perfect to rent as we were in confirmation in Sætre. Very clean and nice but all facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for the 5 of us who were there.

A very easy stay, 1 month, everything you need, really nice neighbourhood, central location. The host helped me with the request I had. Highly recommended.

A large, clean, quiet and well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed the fantastic view from the beautiful, sunny balcony of Drammen. The host is always reachable. Parking directly in front of the house and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. There are many hiking opportunities and bathing lakes in Drammen and the surrounding area. Oslo is not far away and easy to reach by train. We had a great time and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Arrived late after our flight was delayed but Camilla was easily contactable and getting a taxi to the property was easy and everyone was super happy with the house once we arrived…A little trip to the roof for a moonlit view over the fjords was and Oslo lights was magical and was a great start to our Norway trip - the views from the property in general was a highlight of the whole trip. The property was really well styled and functional - couldn’t have been more happy.

After a friendly welcome by the host with recommendations for excursions, we had wonderful and varied days in Norway. Within ten minutes walking distance there is a small lake nearby that invites you to relax and swim. Also beautiful beaches on the fjord are not far away. Oslo can be reached in a short time by car or train (we did not try) - there we enthusiastically visited the Technology Museum, the Fram Museum and the Norwegian Folk Museum and enjoyed the view and the zip line from the Holmenkollen Schanze. Other excursions to Gaustatoppen and Sweden were also very exciting. On quieter days, the children (8, 10 and 12) had a lot of fun with the toys we were allowed to use at Jostein. Thank you for the great time!

Absolutely stunning place! Maybe the best jacuzzi and sauna we have ever been to. Perfect for our family trip with loads of toys for all ages. Professional Cross Fit Studio, great kitchen and workplace, fast internet and the best view ever. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The place is perfect for families—very spacious with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The large parking area was a big plus. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or in a group!
