Outbuilding built in 2010 in old style with space-saving solutions for good utilization of the area. The ground area is 30 sqm. Together with the loft, there is a total of 49 sqm of usable area. Sunny and rural in the courtyard of the main house in a child-friendly area with great play areas. Approx. 10 km to both Sande and Drammen city center. Good hiking areas in the community. Beach volleyball court, barbecue hut, swing rack, trampoline and large sunny patio on the property.
