Holiday rentals with a patio in Holzkirchen

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Munich. Cat’s place is so clean, efficient and modern. The place is located in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and great walking paths. It’s close to the major Munich sites and the train station. Cat was a great communicator and provided useful recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Super location in a vibrant part of town. Easy to get there, and a nice and practical appartement.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

My friend Lynn and I stayed at Christine's place for 4 days and enjoyed every minute there. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We felt right at home and couldn't have been happier. Christine went above and beyond what I expected when she picked me up at the train station. That was so very kind of her, and I was most grateful. She always responded quickly to any requests we made and generously gave us a quart of milk when we had forgotten to buy some. Thank you again, Christine! Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

Very nice accommodation, quiet location, perfect with small child. We also found the walking baker very convenient! Comfortably furnished, beautiful garden seating area. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

The stay at Valerie & Paul's was simply beautiful! You can see how much passion the two put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and the communication was flawless. The check in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also really liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafés. We would stay again anytime.

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

I highly recommend staying with Thomas. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you need. Thomas was very friendly and I can recommend the accommodation with some reservations!

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Absolutely suitable for our needs - absolute recommendation 👌🏼

We only had a short stay at Dagmar's and felt very comfortable. The area is a dream, especially when the weather is good. Everything worked out great, the amenities and location are great. We will be happy to come back.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We immediately felt at home. The home is very cosy and clean, all amenities are in walking distance. Also, good location to do some excursions to Munich or the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the very friendly hosts !

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic - nature begins right at the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were traveling with four people plus baby and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time - we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
