Monthly Rentals in Homebush West

This was our second stay at Sharlene's place, and it was as good as the first time. The flat in the backyard is very quiet and peaceful, there is no noise from the surrounding streets, which coupled with a comfortable bed, made for very good night's sleeps. The bathroom is a great size and the shower has great pressure. The kitchen is small but has all of the utensils you would need if you anted to cook. We ate out each night as there are lots of very good restaurants close by, and it is an easy 10 minute walk to either the Concord road or Majors Bay road restaurants. Highly recommended.

My family stayed here for a 5 days 4 nights stay. My mum has a wheelchair. The place is very clean, comfy with updated furnitures, has clean sheets , tidy kitchen and bedroom. it is very spacious, peaceful and with privacy,it has good location. It is near train station, near to shops,cafes the host is very friendly and flexible, she is very responsive to msgs. i have asked for 1 day extension and theres no hassle, even without asking, she already replenish towels and toilet paper. the house is furnished with whatever you need for a short trip even laundry and cooking needs. my family was very happy to stay here. It has a homey feel compared to hotels. We will definitely recommend and maybe comeback next time they visit.
