Cabin holiday rentals in Homosassa River

We loved it there!! it was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the restaurant which had great food and entertainment!!: Loved the outdoor area with the multiple decks, rocking chairs, and a fire pit!!

Spectacular place to stay and disconnect with your loved ones. The place was amazing!!!

Quick dream get away!!!! Our family is chill and love the family time and I find this to be one of the best spots to hang out in general: It has the jacuzzi for any adult that needs a little bit of hot water. The barbecue is perfectly in the middle so that there’s always a place to pass the food or stuff around, we placed a big garbage bag in that area so you can keep the area clean(there was everything you need to cut,cook, grill but of course we took our own just in case. There 2 canopies one in the corner with about 8 people to seat and one on the wall of the house, which had a fire pit and it had chairs too but of course we took beach chairs , like 7 of them and still plenty of space on the deck. 1 picnic table with Umbrella for up 8 people, great for games. 1 volleyball field which we use and loved it. The room had plenty of space we even placed an inflatable mattress so that all the kids can be together. Lastly the Master shower it has an amazing space to shower. Awesome Place!!!

Amazing views of the river from the lodge with all your crew could need to have a great time on the water and a great atmosphere and fire place for hanging out.

Had a great stay! The house was clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—probably one of the best I’ve slept in. Perfect spot to relax after exploring the springs. Highly recommend!

Tam’s cabin was a perfect size for my husband and I for a night. It was a short walk from the community pool and we had our own parking spot. The place was very well decorated and furniture was comfortable. This RV resort is not close to many restaurants, etc. but if you’re looking to just have a place to sleep and shower it’s got that with a full kitchen.

I could sit on the porch in the rocking chairs enjoying the water view and the breeze. The cabin is a beach house. Was extremely clean and everything worked fine.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

Staying at Laurens place made me feel right at home. Lauren and her family were absolutely wonderful to stay with. Along with the privacy of the cabin, Lauren also provided a wonderful experience for me and my partner. she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. There were beautiful movie nights by the pool for which she had provided snacks for us. I would stay at Laurens again. Her island hospitallity is top notch and I dare someone to try and out do her hard work. Stay here if you want a great experience by a bonfire, which you will wake up to, a beautiful cooling pool for those hot Florida days and a great atmosphere. ✨ thank you to Lauren and her family again for letting us spend time there. it was fantastic.

Fourth time at Hunter cabin and so grateful for another weekend of memories and connection. We love this property so much. Love all of the recent changes. Our teens really liked the garage hangout and the new couches are great. Appreciate the way you feel like family as soon as you walk in.

This was my first time camping/glamping and it was a good experience. Upon arrival I met Cassie she reiterated the information provided the day of booking. She was very accommodating, although I booked last minute. Cassie is down to earth and understood that I was a first timer. She upgraded my cabin to a more communal area and assured me that she’d be on site during the night if I needed her. I stayed in tiny cabin #1 and had no issues, the AC worked fine the bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean. I showered outside (for the first time) lol and it was cool. The shower had hooks to hang things, and space to put any extra toiletries. The lake was beautiful, the animals appeared friendly (I spoke from a distance 😉) my stay was amazing and a relaxing way to bring in my birthday. I will be booking again to bring my little ones. This place will be in the books for annual booking ! Thanks Cassie ❤️

The hosts were very friendly and responsive! We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful evening there. The heart shaped cabin was very romantic!

SUCH an amazing place to stay. Amazing breakfast with all homemade foods and things grown in their garden, viktoria was so kind and helpful. She made us feel so welcome and she had great recommendations as to how to spend our time! Very easy check in/check out, very peaceful and comfortable. And although it’s a guest house right next to their main home, it felt very private! Would 100% recommend!!! Was such a lovely trip for me and my boyfriend we are even hoping to come back eventually to stay with them again :) Also all the animals were so fun to watch and play with!

Place is perfect

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.

helpful host, awesome area we enjoyed very much. i suggest bringing bug spray as it's heavily wooded and the deer flies are tough. definitely old house vibes. there was plenty of room for only us 4.
