We are located in Spijkenisse, Zuid Holland within walking distance of the citycenter ( a 5 min. walk) and public transport Our environment has a lot to offer for bicycle-, hiking- and motorcycle tourism. We are motorbikers ourself. But of course everybody is Welcome! You can find us between Rotterdam and the beaches and dunes of Rockanje. You can relax at your own terrace. We will welcome you in person but if this is not possible you we have a possibility for Self check-in by keylocker.

The Old School B&B Apartment

Always wanted to sleep during class? The Old School is there for you. We offer a Bed & Breakfast apartment in a former school building (build in 1900) in Schiedam. The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for three people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request 10 euro p.p.

The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Het Terphuis - Bird Room

Het gastenverblijf is onderdeel van Het Terphuis en is gevestigd in een monumentale boerderij in een landelijke omgeving te Poortugaal. De boerderij is gerestaureerd met behoud van de historische elementen. De Vogelkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed, eigen badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet. De woonkamer- en eetkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoons(slaap)bank, koelkast, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Let op: Het toilet is uitsluitend te bereiken via de slaapkamer.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

In a beautiful green location in Berkel en Rodenrijs near Rotterdam, we offer a cozy apartment with living room and bedroom (total 47m2), a beautifully maintained sunny garden with sun loungers and garden table with chairs. Possibility to order breakfast. Apartment has its own entrance and is fully furnished; super fast WiFi, TV, central heating and parking. Electric bicycles can also be safely secured and charged. Supermarket nearby, cozy city center 5 minutes by bike.

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green place on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. Of all the comforts: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
