Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. Everything you need is there, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and whirlpool make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The stay with Katharina was great. Very neat. Great instructions. The enclosed garden was very nice so our dog could go outside freely.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. A very big and warm thank you to the hosts. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the days so much. Anja and André are incredibly friendly, accommodating and warm. We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent accommodation, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

Nice accommodation in a beautiful setting. We had a great time with our two small children (2 and 4). Despite the fact that it was very hot outside, the apartment remained cool. The beds slept well. Communication with Renate was very good and went smoothly.

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

With 5 friends, we had a quiet time in the cozy, functional hut with a new, beautiful bathroom. We really liked cooking on the wood stove, which was new to us. It awakened childhood memories in us. The hut is ideal if you want to be undisturbed and relax in beautiful nature. Ideal starting point for hikes, as the hut is already in the middle of a hiking area. The communication with Hubert was nice and quick, the directions were very good. Gladly again.
