With an open kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and sauna, the 100 m2 apartment comfortably sleeps four people. The living room's fold-out sofa allows you to place two extra beds. The balcony, open to the sea breeze, is the best place to enjoy the evening sun and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is located 5 minutes' walk from Haapsalu's old bishop's castle, beach promenade, restaurants and shops.

The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Ride a bike to the sea or get to know local life. It's possible to use a hot tub for an additional fee (€80). The barn house has a toilet and shower with floor heating. Extra cot on request. Distance from Kuivastu is 15 km and from Liiva 4 km.
