Spacious and great house in tranquil surroundings. The cabin is located on a large sunny plot with a lovely garden and fjord view. 4 minutes to walk down to a great pier with boat and boathouse. Fishing opportunities from land or boat. Hiking opportunities that are a stroller/bike friendly and in the forest and mountains. Shared playground and a nice beach with excellent swimming opportunities. Enten at det er på ski, på fjelltur, fiske i vannet, bade i elver, være ute i naturen eller bare være på hytten. Hytten har 3 soverom og 1 hems. På hemsen er det en 120 cm seng og en seng på 90 cm. Hytten ligger fredlig til, ytterst i et hyttefelt. Her kan du spenne på deg slalomskiene ved inngangsdøren og gå ut i alpintbakken eller sitte på terrassen og nyte utsikten til bakkene.

Slapp av sammen med familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Stille og rolig med fantastisk utsikt og solforhold. Kun 20 minutt fra Sauda. Det er 2-3 minutter gange ned til sjøen med flere bade og fiskeplasser. Fantastiske turområder like i nærheten for eksempel Lølandsnuten og Fattnesnuten. Her er kjørbar vei helt frem og gode parkeringsmuligheter. -Vedfyrt badestamp. -Bålpanne. -Leker og spill for barn. Ca 35 minutt kjøring til alpinsenteret i Sauda.

The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
