Cozy cabin close to the lake in Kristiansand Flekkerøy

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

In the area you will find a total of 20 km of groomed ski slopes, and the trail network starts only 5 minutes walk from the cabin. The area is located 400–500 meters above sea level and is usually very snow-safe. For families with children and beginners there is a short and child-friendly trail that goes to Liløa. Here you will find barbecue and seating. In summer, it only takes 2 minutes by car to a great swimming area. Here you will find jetties, gapahuk, canoe, terrace with barbecue facilities and a sandy beach – perfect for both adults and children.

Here you are alone while you swim, fish, photograph, collect berries/mushrooms, or just enjoy life together. Far inside the Norwegian forests, without a sound. Just animals and the wind. Here you will meet old Norwegian building customs from the Viking Age and from our indigenous Sami people. There is internet and mobile coverage. 100% nature, 500 meters from the road, one hour drive from Kjevik airport/Kristiansand.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and the stars will light up for you! Get in touch with nature again at this unforgettable accommodation. The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Rolige omgivelser men kun 5 minutters kjøring fra Evje sentrum, hvor du finner butikker, kaféer og spisesteder. Vinteraktiviteter i nærheten: Lysløype og akebakke på Evje (ca. 5 km), Høgås skisenter – 19 km, Bortelid skisenter – 42 km Om sommeren har Evje mye å by på: Mineralparken, klatrepark og gokart – ca. 2 km, TrollAktiv med blant annet rafting – 11 km. Kristiansand dyrepark 46km.

Simple apartment, only 5 min drive from Evje!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Med kun 20 minutter kjøring til Lyngdal og Sørlandsbadet har du alt innen rekkevidde. Det er gode fiskemuligheter i elva i området,med gyldig fiskekort.

Interiøret er enkelt og harmonisk med fine farger og autentiske materialer som skaper en varm og intim atmosfære. Innbyr til fred og ro. Ingen TV. Det er gode muligheter for friluftsliv både sommer og vinter; bading, båttur, turstier, toppturer og ski/slalåm på Gautefall skisenter. Sengetøy, håndklær, ved og utvask inngår i prisen!

Evenings gather around the pizza oven and fireplace. Couples, families, groups of friends – up to 10 guests. ★ “Even better than the photos” – guests write it again and again. Many come back year after year. The day starts with coffee and a sea view. Quiet enough to hear your own thoughts again.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
