Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. It was 3 beautiful days in Linz. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. It was a bit noisy in between, due to the nearby rail network, but you could still switch off and stay overnight. 50 meters further on, there was the tram station. The neighborhood seemed unpleasant to me, but you don't have to worry. Value was unbeatable. Definetly recommend.

The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

We had a great stay with Karin, who was a great help and very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (very comfortable beds) and bright. The location is central and, due to its orientation towards the park, it is surrounded by greenery. The apartment was absolutely clean and there was nothing unnecessary around. The little extra: the small welcome gifts! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you much success!

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were very kindly received by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. It was also a special experience for our son. We will be happy to come back.
