You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Gæstehuset blev totalrenoveret i sommeren 2023 og rummer ét stort, lyst værelse med lille entré, daybed, dobbeltseng, mindre tekøkken samt spisebord og arbejdsplads med udsigt til haven. Der er naturligvis eget bad og toilet, så du kan nyde ro, privatliv og komfort under hele opholdet.

The log cabin is located in the most beautiful and peaceful nature. You can walk in the Dyrekærskoven, sit by the stream, watch the wildlife or go on small hikes - one overlooking Horsens fjord. You can relax in an outdoor hot tub (from April to October). If you have children, there are swings, a zip line from the forest, a trampoline, basketball, soccer goals and plenty of opportunities for outdoor games. Dyrekærhuset is well-suited for retreats. The log cabin is heated.
