The place is perfect for families with children, as there are playgrounds, bouncy castles and activities for the little ones. If you want to combine quiet nature, fun for the family and easy access to the big city, then this is the right place.

On top of that, there's a playground for the kids with a cable car, swings, and climbing frame 50 meters from the house. You can see the playground from the covered terrace. Rema 1000 is within walking distance 400 meters. Large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms including bathtub. 1 bedroom and 2 rooms, brewer's with washing options. NO animals!

Here are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen family room and living room in one. There is a peace filled garden with its own pool. There is a lounge seen where you can enjoy the last evening sun from a cozy tavern in a corner of the garden. The pool can be heated if desired, but for a fee. Price to be agreed separately.

Masser af plads (336 m2. ) Letbanen er ca. 250 m fra huset (hvor der også er indkøbsmuligheder og bager) og tager dig direkte ind til hovedbanegården i Aarhus på 15 min. Huset er meget niveauopdelt og egner sig derfor ikke til gangbesværede eller helt små børn. Der er dog mulighed for afspærring af trapper til overetagen. Vi lejer kun huset ud når vi selv er bortrejste.
