Isaac Read Cottage—historic Hope property near DWG

JonathanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Annika's Isaac Read Cottage. We wanted a peaceful getaway from the city where we could be surrounded by greenery, and Annika's accommodation provided exactly that. The space was quiet, private, clean, and fully stocked with listed amenities and thoughtful extras like breakfast treats, fresh fruit, locally made bread, vegan butter, jam, orange juice, milk, oats, and coffee. The kitchen appliances were new and high quality, and the provided olive oil and spices made cooking very easy. We enjoyed the Luxury bathrobes. the separate, sunny backyard, and ability to do laundry before we left. Annika was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Before our arrival, she provided a downloadable online guide book with every detail of what to expect and helpful information. it made the entire process from check-in to check-out a breeze. The entire experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing View Lake Retreat with kayak/pedalboat

DebbieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This is the second time my husband and I booked with Alev. It was just as enjoyable and beautiful, even though the sun didn't come out as much as it did last time. Fishing was good, using the kayaks was fun, enjoyed nearby stores and restaurants, and it was good to catch up with Alev, all in all a great time!

Perfect vibe!

BenjaminRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My girlfriend and I were at a wedding in Frelinghuysen and this was the closest and most affordable option. It was almost half the cost of any hotels in the area worth staying at and ended up being way nicer! The place was very clean and all of the appliances/furniture are very nice. It looks exactly like the pictures and for a one bedroom it's huge. The bedroom itself is a bit small but there's so much space downstairs so it didn't really matter. It's truly the perfect place for a couple to spend a few days. My absolute favorite part was the toilet, no joke. Heated seat, temp controlled bidet, and a dryer when you're done. I could've spent the whole weekend on the toilet. Also, I find a lot of air bnbs and most hotels I've been at have weak water pressure in the shower. The shower here feels like a pressure washer which is exactly what I like. 5/5 place to stay if you're in the area and want something better than a hotel.

Yacht Club View! Sailboats, Sunsets & Fireworks!

ThomasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — even better than the photos. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Lake in the Front, State Forest in the Back

CaylynRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a great time! It’s very cozy, quaint and quiet. There’s a very small driveway/parking spot which was very nice because there is not really a shoulder area to park, it’s a narrow road. The steps going up are chipped and we did trip and fall but they warn you about that on the listing, you just have to watch your step. Everything was very clean, no bugs, the beds were perfectly safe and they even had toys delivered for my toddler. The lake was not “unusable”, there was a temporary swimming ban due to a bloom of algae. There’s nothing you can do about Mother Nature but they warned us ahead of time. They’re so close to the Land of Make Believe which is a toddler amusement park. There are curtains in the bedrooms that give you privacy from the neighbors but the rest of the house doesn’t have curtains. The views were beautiful and we didn’t feel like we were being watched at all. It’s a cozy lake house and you’re there for the views and the water. I would book again!

Arkadia House Mid-century retreat with pool & view

AriRating, 5 stars71 months ago
Dan and Andrew were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. The location was beautiful and the views were amazing. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need; towels, bedsheets, blankets cookware, a bunch of basic food necessities & more. The pool was refreshing after laying in the sun and watching the sunset from the pool is truly a must when visiting this home. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a gorgeous getaway home.

Fairy Pocono Cottage, Large yard with Fire pit

ZoeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay, the house was immaculately cleaned and the decorations and vibes were very thoughtful and cozy. We loved the fire pit in the evenings, and watching the little cardinal friend who hangs out by the window during the days. Location was great, less than 30 minutes to lots of stuff we wanted to do, hikes, restaurants, stores, etc. Great place!
