Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors.
