The space
Mina's apartments were built in an area covered with plants and trees in Divarata from the family of Mr Sotiris Pavouris.
Grandfather Sotiris' vision was to create a small pilot plant host where the visitors of Kefalonia can be calm, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Today, the family business has taken Mrs Markela, the daugther of the family with her children Mina and Sotiris continuing the tradition of her parents.
Mina's apartments consist of 10 studios and 4 apartments. 8 studios, 2 attics & 4 two-room apartments. All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and balcony. The attics have only a refrigerator, kitchenware, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony with great view. The 4 apartments have two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and balcony.

The place we stay is ideal for groups of friends or large families and everyone can enjoy their holidays in a very nice and friendly space.
The complex is built on two levels providing unobstructed view. Both studios and apartments feature balconies surrounded by blooming flowers of the island.
There is free wi fi, 2 big parkings, a small playground and outdoor space for recreational table games.

Well known for the unique colour of its clear turquoise waters created by the contrast of the white pebble of the beach and the area's dark green is certainly a place that any visitor of Kefalonia must see and experience. In Divarata at 150m. there are taverns - restaurants, supermarkets, a shop with traditional products, a butcher shop and a shop with seafood and souvenirs. Also in the same area with the rooms there is our cafe-snack-bar "NUOVO CAFE".
