Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Saddlewood Ranch is surrounded by trails, between 2 lakes (5 minutes), yet close to town and Camp Grayling. Whether you seek serenity or adventure, your get away awaits!

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

South Shore Cottage Retreat

Centrally located cottage on the South Shore at Houghton Lake and 40 paces to your private dock access. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, "mom and pop" shops, public DNR access, and other local attractions. The cottage is located in a private and quiet family setting where you can unwind. A perfect cottage for year-round adventures. In the summer, enjoy boating, fishing, and water sports. In the winter, cozy up inside after a day of ice fishing or snowmobiling. Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Short 5 minute walk to lake and road end dock from our charming, highly rated cozy cottage . Take in breathtaking sunsets, swim or kayak from the shared dock. We have two kayaks for guest use. Close to Samoset Park and beach. Several nearby boat launches. Ten minutes from two state parks. One hour from Traverse City. 99 miles to Mackinaw City.

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

It has a large yard and is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to many local shopping, food and activities. Just a short 10 minute walk to a nice public beach on Houghton Lake or 2 miles to launch your boat on the water. Just 4 miles to the ORV trailhead.
