On the waterfront with everything!

Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. This is not your average rental home.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

This bright, unique home is located right on the snowmobile/ATV/bike trail and within walking distance to downtown Hancock. The home is comfortably furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. Easy in and out parking for one large snowmobile/ATV trailer. An additional trailer parking is available but will need to be coordinated with us! It is conveniently located next to a restaurant and a gas station.
