Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. This is not your average rental home.

Quincy View Suite
Quincy View apartment is 6-7 blocks from downtown Houghton. It is one unit in a complex. It’s a quiet building with limited parking. The apartment is a ground floor apartment, so it is not necessary to climb stairs unless you need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building,with 2 coin operated washers/2 dryers available. The two bedroom apartment is 740 square feet in total. It has an open floor plan between the living room/kitchen.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!
