The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

You will be staying 50 m from the bicycle route network. You can wander endlessly there. Maps are available free of charge. Within walking distance you will find (take-away) restaurants, cafes, department stores, bakery... National parks Hoge Kempen and Bosland are 15 km away. This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Depot 57, cozy New Year's Eve in the center of Tongeren

"De Dépôt" ligt binnen de ring van de stad op 300m van de markt. De master bedroom is op de 2de verdieping . Er staat een dubbele boxspring (+kinderbed). Thee en koffie zijn in de minikeuken. Er is een dubbele lavabo, een inloopdouche en een toilet. De zitruimte met Tv is op de eerste verdieping. Daar bevindt zich ook de tweede slaapkamer die standaard ter beschikking is vanaf een derde gast. Hievoor worden wel extra kosten in rekening gebracht bij boeking voor twee personen (aanvragen).

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.
