Includes hallway, bathroom with tiles and heating cables on the floor, toilet, washbasin and shower. Washing machine. Sleeping alcove with room for 2 people in a bunk bed. 1 bedroom with double bed, which can be turned into sofa if you want extra TV room. Kitchen has what you would need and has a dining table with room for 6 people. Living room with wood stove, TV and exit terrace on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. Private porch with seating and direct access to the outdoor areas. Rented to quiet people, no partying.
