Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hove, Brighton and Hove

The place was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, and also lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean and modern. Pictures and description was very accurate. Would definitely recommend for groups. Great outdoor space.

Came from all corners to meet up for a school friends wedding. The house was spotless, homely, close to the seafront and perfect for our brief stay. Wendy was a great hostess and would highly recommend.

Very good recommends from the host. She was very helpful. Home office was comfy and easy access to everywhere. Station, center all are so closed. Easy check in by safebox. Definetely recommend!

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Diets and their dog Daphne made me and partner feel very at home and well accomadated, and the place itself was amazing ! Most definitely worth the price, we loved every second of our stay and reccomend to anyone in the area.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. The apartment had everything we needed and was very cosy and comfortable! Bed was great too! We will be back soon! thanks so much for having us Helen : ). George, Emma & Pepper

Jenny’s place is in a perfect location in Hove, within walking distance to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and very close to Hove Station. We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was extremely clean, comfortable beds and very modern throughout. We will definitely be back, thank you Jenny.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Jason’s place was an ideal set up for us to spend the weekend in Brighton. With a baby and a toddler, it was set up really well. Great location we just walked everywhere. My little girl absolutely loved the bed and it was a novelty being in a place with new toys. This property is lived in but a great stay for families : ).

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Matt ganz fantastisch: er schreibt im Vorfeld genau, wie man seinen Aufenthalt planen kann, wo ein Parkplatz ist, wo die Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu finden sind. Auch gibt er Tipps und Hinweise, wo in der Umgebung Ausflugsziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerte Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind. Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten (mehr als das: selbst ein Fön, den wir zuhause vergessen haben, haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und haben viele von Matts Vorschläge umgesetzt und so viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Region besucht. Danke dafür - es war wunderbar!

I had a great stay at this beautifully situated apartment. An ideal location for accessing the sea and beach. The flat was a comfortable and welcoming base for my stay and although I didn't use the outside space that is potentially a very useful bonus. Dealing with Jill and Emma was a pleasure, they were informative and very helpful when I had questions.

Fabulous place with a wonderful host, we will definitely return. Barbara was brilliant host and we loved our stay, the little extra bits like tea and coffee were really helpful as we arrived later in the day. We will definitely be returning and will stay longer next time.

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

Andrew is a superstar! I loved my short stay with Andrew, the location was extremely central (5mins walk to the train station and a short stroll to the beach/town), lots of choice for breakfast in the morning, a comfortable bed and a quiet room. Andrew was an excellent host with knowledge of local restaurant recommendations, always friendly and efficient but also happy to leave you alone if you preferred. Was also lovely to meet the very cute Tilly and chat to some of the other guests during my stay too, as well as taking part in an evening crossword session. Despite being extremely busy, Andrew found the time to have chats. Huge thanks Andrew and Tilly! ;)

We had such a lovely time at Mark’s from the moment he greeted us at his home to the moment we left. He was incredibly friendly, warm and knowledgeable about the area and gave good recommendations. The room was brilliant. Very spacious, clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. It really felt like a home from home. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to friends. Thanks again Mark for making our stay so enjoyable.

The bedroom was comfortable with a nice little lounge and a good sized bathroom. Susan was extremely welcoming and hospitable and we felt very comfortable in her house. We were only there for one night but we'd happily stay there again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you Susan.

Jill was a delightful. if we had more energy, im sure we would have both liked to have gotten to know her better, and ask about her trinkets and seemingly very full life to date.

Heerlijke plek, alleen wat moeilijk om de auto te parkeren als je in de avond terug komt. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad. John en Sam waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
