Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hove, Brighton and Hove

This was a perfect place for a stopover within easy reach of Brighton and Shoreham. The train station, fish and chip shop and Co-Op are all within a few minutes’ walk. Everything was clean and convenient. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

This house was perfect for a family holiday especially with young children. The hosts kindly have lots of toys and games available in the house and a good play area in the kitchen diner, plus a selection in a very private and safe garden. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is often lacking in airbnbs, so you can cook properly. location was also great, short walk to a big park with play ground and cafe(nice breakfast there too) and a bit further too hive lagoons with things to do for kids of all ages. Mark the co host was very responsive and attentive through out. 5 stars! Laurence

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

Great flat, just off Western Road, so close to everything and just a couple of minutes to the beach. Well equipped and clean, with everything you need. Great communications from the owners

We loved our stay at Olivia's place. We parked the car on the drive and walked everywhere, starting with the local park for our first time. It's just down the road and a great place for a coffee and something to eat followed by a decent stroll. We also walked to the beach in Hove which is such a gem with a great atmosphere and lots of opportunities to take a break to eat, drink and people watch. It was the perfect weekend with the perfect weather and a fabulous flat to return to at the end of the day. We wanted/needed nothing more.

Had an amazing time, very nice place with lots close by. The sea front outside the property is buzzing with only a two minute walk to the actual beach. Lots of places to run and spaces for workouts with more facilities being built. Thank you to Simon and Sansan for being very helpful, anything I asked was answered almost immediately. Paul's place was excellent. It's really big with gorgeous decor and there was so much space for all five of us. It was in an amazing location right by the sea. 5-10 minute walk to the water. We went there frequently. Lovely park just outside the house where we sat having coffee every morning. Nice restaurants nearby but still a quiet and chill area. Paul was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and flexible. We would definitely come back!

Jane and Mark were so communicative, friendly and helpful! The place was spotless, and perfect for a weekend trip to see Brighton/Hove. Would recommend to anyone !

We had a wonderful few nights here. My children (5&9) thought it was incredibly fancy! We loved the decor, and loved Stanley's book about the history! A perfect base, in fact the kids just wanted to keep going back to the house because they loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, and have recommended to family already.

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again
