We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. The apartment was just wonderful. We came as a big family - nine people in total: four adults and five children. Everyone settled in very well, the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Two bedrooms offer a magnificent view of Mount Ararat. My grandmother and aunt were simply delighted to wake up to such a view from the window. There is a large terrace where you can sit, barbecue and eat together. A large table is available. Everyone loved this stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, dishes, cutlery. Television also offers many features: Netflix, Okko and other platforms for watching movies in several languages. The location of the apartment is simply perfect — a three-minute walk from one of the main attractions of the city: the Waterfalls. A big thank you! We are very, very satisfied.

It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much!
