Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. This home can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. It has 2 twin beds, 2 queen beds and 1 double bed.. It offers free wifi, internet, phone, Roku/Netflix. We hope this provides our guests with a little comfort and entertainment. All guests will have access to the whole property, including the garage( 1 medium size vehicle)/laundry. Take advantage of a full house in peaceful neighborhood at the bottom of the Hualapai mountains. Close to dining, shops and hiking trails. You will love it! During your stay You can text me anytime during the day. I will reply as soon as I can. Other things to note - Unauthorized guests are not allowed! - No animals of any kinds. - No smoking 🚭. - $5 each towel if there are stains cannot be washed off. - Early checkin is provided upon communication.

Ryan was a great host! He was always quick in his response, usually within and hour. He was friendly and very understanding as well. We had to leave unexpectedly early and received immediate response that we would receive credit for the remaining days. Overall, I would give Ryan 5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as an Airbnb host!

This differs from your typical place to stay; it's a unique lodging experience, especially for train lovers! The real draw for us was the distillery and its award-winning rums, whiskeys, phenomenal vodka, and a barrel select program. The Airbnb was a nice surprise, but you need to appreciate it for what it is. It's not a high-end Best Western with every imageable amenity. Instead, it's a historic train caboose meticulously converted into a pleasant place to stay. It has keyless entry, strong Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, TV with Netflix, among other choices, and a surprisingly comfortable bed—which is getting harder to find on the road these days! I'm a shower guy, so a soaking tub isn't my preference. But the hand-held showerhead was nice. There were places for comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy dark rum when it was not 100 degrees outside. The Kingman Airport Cafe is a short walk or a 60-second drive away and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good food too!

This place was the perfect location while we were visiting family right around the corner. Place is older, but very clean inside and out - which makes for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, hot water and a preferable area in Kingman for us. Up on a bluff to overlook the city and be in a quiet area. No frills, nothing fancy, but quiet, private and perfect for relaxing while visiting family.
